GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The published value is per adult person/night, in double accommodation, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in a standard room.
- The discount applies only to the accommodation rate with an all-inclusive plan.
- Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
- Applies for immediate purchase.
- Non-endorsable and non-refundable rate, name changes allowed only in the hotel portion.
- The last date indicated is the hotel departure date
- Published rate does not apply to single accommodation.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Consult children's rate at the time of making the reservation. Children are considered minors between 2 and 11 years old at the time of use of the reservation.
- Children from 0 to 23 months of age on the day the reservation is made are free of charge sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
- Check-In - time of entry to the hotel and delivery of the bracelet - is at 3:00pm. The room will be delivered from 3:00pm. Check Out - hotel departure time - is at 12:00 pm. Check-ins before or after these hours may be subject to an additional charge according to the hotel's provisions.
- No show: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel or are canceled less than 72 hours before the passenger's arrival, will be subject to a charge for the value of the first night of accommodation.
