GENERAL CONDITIONS

    • The published value is per adult/night, in double accommodation, for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in a standard room.
    • Rate applies to adults. Consult the children's rate when making the reservation.
    • The discount applies only to the accommodation rate with an all-inclusive plan.
    • Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or rates.
    • Applies for immediate purchase.
    • Rate is non-endorsable or non-refundable; name changes are only allowed for the hotel portion.
    • The last date indicated is the date of departure from the hotel.
    • Published rate does not apply to single accommodation.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Check-In - time of entry to the hotel and bracelet delivery - is at 3:00 pm. The room will be handed over starting at 3:00 pm. Check Out - time of departure from the hotel - is at 12:00 pm (noon). Entries before or after these hours may be subject to an additional charge according to the hotel's discretion.
    • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 pm on the day of check-in) will be charged the value corresponding to one night's stay. Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not be charged.
    • The reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice if the deadline is exceeded and we have not received proof of payment.
    • No show: confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total stay.
