Today, the acquisition of the Decameron Golf, Beach Resort & Villas in Panama is official.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the acquisition of the Decameron Golf, Beach Resort & Villas, one of the most visit tourism complexes in Central America, located in the privileged area of Playa Blanca, Farallon in Panama.

• The hotel complex has 852 keys, access to 323 villas, the Mantarraya Golf Club (18 holes) and a convention center with a 1000-person capacity.
• Although the hotel was developed by Decameron in the year 2000, it was bought by Caribbean Property Group (CPG) in 2007. After 10 years under its ownership and operated by Decameron, this hotel complex will be repurchased by the organization, becoming the most promising and important expansion in terms of inventory of the Decameron platform in past years. Decameron envisions a significant investment plan during the following years to improve the infrastructure and quality of the service at this property.
• By including this hotel complex to its portfolio, the organization attains 7.800 keys, serving 5 million passengers / night per year.
• Since 2014, Decameron has expanded its hotel platform by expanding the Isleño Hotel in Colombia, purchasing the El Pueblo Hotel in Peru and inaugurating the Indigo Beach Resort in Haiti and the Cornwall Beach Hotel in Jamaica. Together with the abovementioned purchase, these actions imply an inventory increase of close to 2,000 keys, expanding our offer for our clients and affiliates of the Multivacaciones program. The inclusion of the Decameron Golf, Beach Resort & Villas Costa Blanca is part of an ambitious expansion plan in Latin America and the Caribbean that will continue to materialize in the following years.
