Conditions

  • The published rate is per adult per night, in double occupancy, for a minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights in a standard room. Infants from 0 to 23 months old at the time of booking are free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult.
  • Children's rate must be consulted at the time of booking. Children are considered minors between 2 to 11 years old at the time of using the reservation.
  • The discount applies only for the accommodation rate with all inclusive plan.
    • In Decalodge Ticuna applies plan with breakfast and dinner.
  • 5 spaces available for each published rate. After the 5 quotas is subject to the regular rate.
  • Offer not combinable with other promotions or rates.
  • Applies for immediate purchase, this rate is not refundable.
  • The last date indicated is the date of departure from the hotel.
  • Ticuna: All travelers must have a valid vaccination certificate against yellow fever with a minimum of 10 days prior to the date of travel.
  • Ticuna: Additional charges generated at the destination must be paid at the end of the stay at the hotel.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Check-In -hotel check-in time and bracelet delivery- is at 3:00pm. The room will be delivered after 3:00pm. Check Out - check out time - is at 12:00 noon. Check-ins before or after these hours, may be subject to additional charge according to the hotel's disposition.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in (15:00 hours on the day of check-in), will be charged the value corresponding to one night's stay.
  • Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check-in will not be subject to penalty.
  • All changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
  • Promotional rates do not allow any changes or cancellations and are non-refundable.
  • No Show: In case of no-show on the day of booking without prior notice, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.
