Created in 2010, the "Certificate of Excellence" TripAdvisor is a distinction given to hotels that consistently obtained excellent reviews of travelers on this worldwide network during the previous year.
We are very happy to tell you that we obtained this recognition in the following hotels in our properties:
- Decameron Barú
- Decalodge Ticuna
- Decameron Galeón
- Decameron Las Heliconias
- Decameron Panaca
- Royal Decameron Club Caribbean
- Aloft Bogotá
- Aloft San Jose
These hotels met conditions such as: own an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four of five points and have a minimal amount of positive feedback on hotel service. Therefore, this recognition reflects the commitment to quality and efficiency; Since we are always looking to offer a superior experience in customer service so that all our guests are highly satisfied.
Today we are very proud to be part of this select group of recognized hotels and we highlight Royal Decameron Club Caribbean and Decameron Barú, who consecutively have won this Certificate of Excellence for 7 years. On the other hand, our destinations in the Eje Cafetero: Decameron Las Heliconias and Decameron Panaca, in addition to winning the present recognition, a few months ago they received the Travelers Traveler's Choice 2017 award for being part of the most popular hotels in the family category.
