- If you have a reservation between March 20 and August 31, 2020, you must postpone your travel plans to September 1 to December 15, 2020 as long as conditions allow us to safely do so.
- You may change your reservation without penalty. (According to hotel availability and depending on the rate applicable for the date and the hotel you choose).
- Your reservation will not be lost. Remember that the validity of use is until December 15, 2020.
- Our team remains committed to providing you all the necessary support and our Call Center is open to answer questions and help you explore new travel alternatives. To do this, we have extended our service hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m – 5:00 pm
